Penn Jersey Pulmonary Associates is a full service pulmonary, critical care, & sleep medicine practice. For your convenience, we offer two locations – Woodbury, NJ and Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia, PA. Our practice includes physicians Dr. Charles R. Egoville, Dr. Eric V. Finkenstadt, Dr. Scott B. Rosenberg, Dr. Gregory Breen, and Dr. Dominic J. Valentino, III. Our doctors are specially trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the lungs and sleep.

A pulmonologist, or pulmonary disease specialist, is a physician who possesses specialized knowledge and skill in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary (lung) conditions and diseases, such as asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, and a wide spectrum of pneumonias and other inflammatory lung diseases.

Sleep medicine training is an additional specialty of three of our physicians. We can diagnose and treat a variety of sleep related problems, including sleep apneas, insomnias, restless leg syndrome, and narcolepsy, to name a few. If your sleep is not as refreshing as it should be, or if you are having problems getting to sleep or staying asleep, give us a call. We can help you.

We perform state-of-the-art, interventional pulmonary procedures, similar to those available at the larger university hospitals. Dr. Valentino is one of the few pulmonologists in the region who can perform pleuroscopy. This is used to determine the cause of a pleural effusion and treat it, all in one procedure.

Additionally, through their connections with large academic medical centers, such as Temple University, University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University, our physicians can ensure that our patients get the highest levels of care anywhere, as well as access to cutting edge treatments and procedures not offered elsewhere.

Some of our doctors also have academic appointments at local medical schools. We regularly participate in the training of medical students and residents at both of our hospitals. Our doctors have given lectures and presentations at medical schools and other hospitals and national and regional conferences.
